[文件操作] 批处理导致文件(夹)名首出现空格或者因为空格失效如何解决？

bat删除"新建文件夹"后结果变为" (1)"（首字符为一个空格）

很多批处理对文件名含有以下情况的文件或文件夹无效：
1、文件名中间有单个空格的文件                           解决办法：一般加上""即可，例如：('dir/s /b *.jpg')→('dir/s /b "*.jpg"')
2、文件名中间存在2个及其以上空格                      解决办法？
3、第一个字符为空格                                         解决办法？

请问2、3什么原因？有啥解决办法？
