我在 cmd  里 使用不会乱码:
kubectl -n gm-dev logs -f --tail=2000  app-launcher-5c59f8f48b-8px9c >    D:/goods.logs  

在 power shell 执行以上命令 就中文乱码

在power shell  执行 : kubectl -n gm-dev logs -f --tail=2000  app-launcher-5c59f8f48b-8px9c   ,只是查看不会乱码

所以 使用  >  保存文本,在cmd 里中文不乱码,在powershell 里中文乱码

请试试在PowerShell命令行里面执行这两个命令生成的txt文件是否乱码：
  1. "bbs.bathome.net 批处理之家论坛" > "1.txt"
